En UAX tienes a tu disposición un servicio avanzado de impresión, escaneado y fotocopiado, para hacer tu día a día más fácil.

In the UAX Reprographics department you have available flexible printing, scanning and photocopying services to facilitate your document management.

What services are available to you?

  • Printing and photocopying.
  • Different styles and formats: Black/white, colour, single or double-sided, A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0.
  • Binding of documents
  • Assistance and recharging of the printing service
  • Sale of notes and practical material for various subjects prepared by our teaching team.
  • In addition, with the new PaperCut and Mobility Print services you will be able to print from any device, be it a computer, tablet or mobile phone, and from any operating system (Windows, iOS and Android).

Due to the summer holidays, the reprographics department of the university will be closed from 26/07 to 25/08 inclusive.

Advantages of using the remote printing service

With the new PaperCut and Mobility Print services you can, among other things:

  • Print from any device, be it computer, tablet or mobile, and any operating system (Windows, iOS and Android).
  • Pick up your print from any machine located on the UAX campuses, so you can start printing from wherever you are connected and release your work on the printer that suits you best.
  • Scan your documents directly to the Cloud (to your own Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox accounts).
  • Print from email.
    And you will always have control of your account in the PaperCut UAX portal, from where you can also perform other operations such as checking your documents, your balance, or printing.

How can you configure the printer?

To learn about the different functionalities, as well as to configure the printer, you can access the help centre at the following link: https://campus.uax.es with your username and password, in the UAX Portal section called Reprography > "Access and help".

¿Cómo puedes utilizar el servicio automático de impresión?

UAX, en colaboración con Reprise® concesionario de la compañía Xerox® en España, ha diseñado un servicio automático de impresión centralizada con tecnología PaperCut® para que consigas tus impresiones de una manera rápida, sencilla y económica.

¿Cómo funciona?

  •  Para darte de alta en el servicio, sólo tienes que:
    • Introducir solo el usuario de la universidad pero no debes poner @myuax.com o @uax.es (solo usuario, ID de acceso al campus virtual o correo electrónico) en el panel de acceso de cualquier dispositivo Xerox que encuentres en el campus.
    • Establecer un PIN de 4 dígitos numéricos o más como contraseña para hacer uso del sistema. (El sistema lo pedirá 2 veces para su confirmación)

Además, en https://print.uax.es/ a través de la opción “Cambiar detalles” tras logarte con tu usuario y contraseña del campus podrás cambiar el PIN.

  • Una vez realizado el proceso anterior, tendrás acceso a un sistema que te ofrece opciones de impresión, fotocopia y escáner. 
  • Para poder hacer uso de ello, es necesario que dispongas de saldo en tu cuenta virtual de impresión. Para recargarla, tienes 2 opciones:
    • Identificándote a través de TPV Virtual en https://print.uax.es/  utilizando la opción de recarga virtual (Agregar Saldo) donde, también puedes consultar tu saldo disponible, el historial de uso e incluso mandar archivos para imprimir vía web.
    • Presencial en el departamento de Reprografía de la universidad, ubicado en el edificio A, 2ª planta.
  • Para imprimir de forma sencilla puedes enviar tus trabajos desde tu correo electrónico @myuax.com / @uax.es adjuntando los archivos en cualquier formato a: print@uax.es, y liberar tu trabajo en cualquier dispositivo Xerox identificándote previamente en la máquina que elijas. Los archivos quedarán almacenados por un plazo de 48 horas si no son liberados. Igualmente, dispones de otras opciones de impresión que puedes consultar, junto con las tarifas del servicio y diversos manuales de uso, en el apartado “servicios de impresión” dentro del menú de “Aplicaciones” de tu campus virtual.
