Dual training in virtual mode:
Based on the Organic Law 3/2022 from the academic year 24-25 different significant novelties are introduced in the Vocational Training system in Spain.
This changeover to the new Dual VET regulations (a standard version for the whole country except for the order of the modules and the teaching load set by each Autonomous Community) affects all first-year courses in any of their modalities (face-to-face or virtual) except for the Higher Cycle in Dietetics, which remains in the LOGSE training plan, prior to the current LOE*.
In the VET in Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, you will complete your online preparation with on-site internships (which can be validated if you have previous experience).
During this period you will be able to apply all the knowledge you have learnt in a real work situation. In addition, you will develop professional skills and learn first-hand about the processes that govern the working environment in the sector.
Our students will have the opportunity to carry out internships in hospitals, clinics and top-level healthcare centres to gain professional experience and an applied knowledge of what they have learnt during their training.

TSID stands for Técnico Superior en Imagen para el Diagnóstico y Medicina Nuclear (Advanced Technician in Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine), an official vocational training qualification that qualifies the holder to perform medical imaging studies, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and nuclear medicine procedures.
TSID is responsible for medical imaging using equipment such as X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and nuclear medicine techniques.
