The Master's Degree in Nursing Services Management prepares you to take on management or middle management positions in healthcare centres, with training based on agile methodologies, up-to-date content and a practical approach focused on real challenges in the healthcare environment. You will develop a research project applied to healthcare management and acquire a comprehensive vision, with skills directly aligned with the demands of the sector.
Specialise in healthcare management and lead innovation processes. You will learn to optimise resources, improve healthcare quality and apply emerging technologies - such as artificial intelligence, Big Data and clinical simulation - in decision-making. The curriculum incorporates differential subjects in healthcare marketing, mHealth communication, digital tools and innovation, preparing you to lead the digital transformation in complex and changing environments.
You will acquire key knowledge in planning, leadership and management of nursing services, along with managerial skills to coordinate teams, improve patient experience and make strategic decisions. In addition, you will develop fundamental soft skills for healthcare leadership: communication, change management, critical thinking and a results-oriented approach.

Access route and requirements
Access to the Online Master's Degree in Nursing Services Management is open to university graduates in Nursing.
You will need at least a B2 level in Spanish. To start the admission process you must provide the following documentation:

Nurses with experience in the care area who are looking to broaden their knowledge and acquire management skills in order to take a leap forward in their career. We also find professional profiles of junior middle managers seeking to broaden their knowledge and professional managers seeking the official master's degree in order to gain access to a doctorate.

The Alfonso X El Sabio University has approved and published a regulation adapted to Royal Decree 822/2021 to deal with the transfer and recognition of credits.

The recognition of credits in the official courses of this degree will be carried out taking into account the adequacy between the competences and knowledge derived from the courses taken and those foreseen in the syllabus of the corresponding courses.
Credits may be recognised exclusively for the internship course, for which students must duly accredit their work experience in the field of health management by submitting an updated employment report and a company certificate detailing the tasks performed.

This degree, according to RD 822/2021 (art. 34) must undergo the process of accreditation renewal. During the development of the process, an evaluation team of the Foundation for Knowledge Madrimasd will meet with different stakeholders of the degree. In addition, they provide us with a form so that any interested party can indicate to the Foundation those aspects they consider relevant to the development of this programme.
