The Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management at the UAX Rafa Nadal School of Sport, in partnership with LALIGA, prepares you to lead the future of the sports industry through an innovative, market‑driven and hands‑on learning experience.
You will develop the ability to design and execute sports strategies with autonomy, master key digital tools, and explore new opportunities in sports and tech-driven marketing — all supported by industry experts and leading figures shaping today’s global sports landscape.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management is developed in collaboration with leading companies and industry experts to train the next generation of professionals in the sports sector. It offers a practical, market‑connected programme aligned with the continuous global growth of the sports industry.
LALIGA oversees the programme content and provides lecturers from the institution and its associated clubs for masterclasses and seminars. In addition, Sportian (LALIGA Tech) participates in UAX’s #maker model, promoting innovation workshops. Top‑performing students will be able to complete year‑long internships at LALIGA and partner sports organisations.
From day one, you will apply your knowledge through real projects and immersive experiences. You will have access to internships in top‑tier organisations such as Rafa Nadal Academy (Mallorca), LALIGA, Atlético de Madrid, Movistar Estudiantes, 2Playbook, the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), Decathlon, Joma Sports, KPMG, Quirónsalud, among others.
UAX is officially a member of the European Association for Sport Management (EASM), a benchmark organisation in Europe for sports management. This membership strengthens our academic and institutional positioning within the international sport management ecosystem, enhances the visibility of our educational offering, and connects us with a network of universities, researchers and professionals—expanding collaboration and development opportunities for our students and faculty.
The programme combines business administration, law and sports sciences, offering a multi‑sport perspective (tennis, football, basketball, F1, golf, eSports…). You will develop essential skills to lead in the industry: facility management, financial management, event organisation, decision‑making, leadership and communication. All of this is taught through a values‑driven approach, grounded in professional ethics and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
You will be trained in the use of digital tools applied to sports management and sports marketing, as well as in the emerging technological opportunities within the industry, always supported by active professionals.

To successfully complete English language subjects from the third year onwards (in the on-campus format), students will be required to either present official accreditation of B2 level English or pass the UAX English language placement test at the appropriate time. In addition, UAX offers extracurricular English courses to support students who wish to strengthen their language skills.
