Dual training in virtual mode:

Based on the Organic Law 3/2022 from the academic year 24-25 different significant novelties are introduced in the Vocational Training system in Spain.

• Virtual DUAL Methodology: Those students who take a distance vocational training course will concentrate the internships in a single period of 500 hours in the second year. They will be able to access them after passing 30% of the professional modules and having a favourable report from the teaching staff.

You can access this Higher Level Training Cycle if:

• You are 18 years old or you turn 18 in the year in which the training course begins.
• You are over 16 years old and you are registered as a worker, you are a high-level sportsperson or you have an illness, physical difficulty or dependence that prevents you from attending the training cycle in person.

In addition, you must have at least one of the following academic qualifications:

• Baccalaureate (LOE or LOGSE).
• Specialist Technician or Higher Vocational Training Technician Degree.

• Document that proves that you have passed the 2nd year of any modality of the experimental Baccalaureate.

TSID stands for Técnico Superior en Imagen para el Diagnóstico y Medicina Nuclear (Advanced Technician in Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine), an official vocational training qualification that qualifies the holder to perform medical imaging studies, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and nuclear medicine procedures.

TSID is responsible for medical imaging using equipment such as X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and nuclear medicine techniques.
