Dual training in virtual mode:
Based on the Organic Law 3/2022 from the academic year 24-25 different significant novelties are introduced in the Vocational Training system in Spain.
This changeover to the new Dual VET regulations (a standard version for the whole country except for the order of the modules and the teaching load set by each Autonomous Community) affects all first-year courses in any of their modalities (face-to-face or virtual) except for the Higher Cycle in Dietetics, which remains in the LOGSE training plan, prior to the current LOE*.
On the Vocational Training course in Dietetics, you will complete your online studies with compulsory in-person work placements as part of the Workplace Training Module (FFE), which will last 370 hours. During this period, you will be able to apply all the knowledge you have learnt in a real-world work setting. Furthermore, you will develop professional skills and gain first-hand insight into the processes that govern the sector’s working environment.
Our students will have the opportunity to undertake work placements at leading companies and organisations to gain professional experience and apply the knowledge acquired during their training. We have a network of over 200 companies where these placements can take place.

This course focuses on the role of diet in modulating the gut microbiota. Drawing on the concepts of fibre, prebiotics, probiotics, fermented foods and dietary patterns, students will learn how to translate scientific evidence into practical, realistic and sensible dietary recommendations.
This micro-credential introduces students to the gut microbiota as a dynamic ecosystem linked to digestive, metabolic and immune health. It will cover the fundamental concepts required to understand its composition, development, functions and relationship with various health conditions, always from an introductory and evidence-based perspective.
This micro-credential explores the relationship between nutrition, inflammation and metabolic health from a practical perspective. It will analyse the concept of low-grade chronic inflammation, its relationship with diet, the microbiota and metabolism, and will encourage critical thinking regarding common myths about the anti-inflammatory diet.
The micro-credential in Nutrition for Strength and Endurance Sports offers introductory and practical training aimed at understanding the role of nutrition in performance, adaptation to training and recovery in these types of sports. The programme approaches sports nutrition from a scientific and practical perspective, providing the necessary foundations to interpret the energy and nutritional demands associated with high-intensity physical exercise and/or prolonged endurance.
