You will learn to create virtual replicas of physical systems using multiphysics simulation, enabling you to understand the behaviour of industrial processes, anticipate problems and test improvements without the risks or costs associated with real-world experimentation. You will master the integration of data from sensors, IoT devices and automation systems, bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds to feed your models with real-time information.
The curriculum covers the full Industry 4.0/5.0 cycle: multiphysics modelling and simulation, cloud architectures and Big Data, applied machine learning and industrial cybersecurity, all with a practical approach based on real-world cases. The master's degree includes 6 ECTS of compulsory curricular internships (150 hours), which will allow you to gain first-hand knowledge of the organisational context and the functioning of industrial and energy areas, applying the skills acquired in real environments.

If you already have work experience in the industrial or energy sector, you can validate your internship by accrediting 1 year of experience developing and applying the knowledge and skills of the programme in a real work environment.
Up to 6 ECTS credits can also be recognised for specific qualifications or lifelong learning qualifications related to the contents of the master's degree.
