To foster a critical, evidence-based perspective on current strategies for the prevention, recovery and optimisation of post-injury performance in athletes. Specific objectives: To recognise and analyse the main scientific evidence and up-to-date protocols on the recovery and rehabilitation of injuries to the lower and upper limbs, understanding the phases of the process and the criteria for functional progression. To understand and apply the main techniques and methods of sports rehabilitation, including load management strategies, strength training, stability, proprioception and neuromuscular control.
