By studying the Advanced Vocational Qualification in Multi-platform Application Development at UAX, you will develop a versatile skill set, enabling you to develop, implement, document and maintain multi-platform applications, whilst working confidently across different digital environments.
As part of the Vocational Training programme in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), you’ll undertake practical training in the workplace at companies such as Telefónica, INDRA, BBVA, Prosegur and Everis, amongst many others.

Face-to-face dual training:
Under Organic Law 3/2022, from the 2024–25 academic year onwards, a number of significant changes will be introduced to the vocational training system in Spain
The new Vocational Training Act establishes two models of dual vocational training: the general model and the intensive model. The general model replaces the previous ‘classroom-based model’, and work placements will account for between 20–35% of training hours, depending on the type of vocational training. In the intensive model, companies will account for between 35–50% of the training time. All UAX Vocational Training Higher Level courses fall under the general model.
This transition to the new vocational training regulations known as Dual (a standard version for the whole country, except for the order of modules and the teaching load set by each autonomous community) affects all first-year courses in any of their formats (face-to-face or online), except for the Higher Vocational Training Course in Dietetics, which remains under the LOGSE training plan, prior to the current LOE*

DAM stands for "Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma" (Multiplatform Applications Development), a higher level training cycle focused on the programming, design and maintenance of computer applications that work on different operating systems and devices.
Multiplatform Application Development consists of creating, implementing and maintaining applications that can run in different environments, such as computers, mobiles and tablets, regardless of the operating system. This specialisation prepares you to work with the most current and in-demand technologies in the digital sector.
To study DAM you should have an interest in technology, programming and problem solving. Skills such as logical thinking, creativity, the ability to work in a team, and basic computer skills are useful. Motivation to learn and adapt to new digital tools is also key to excel in this field.
At UAX FP you can study the Higher Technician in Multiplatform Applications Development (DAM) in two modalities: dual classroom and 100% online.
Both options include internships (which can be validated) in companies such as Telefónica, INDRA or BBVA, and are designed to adapt to your needs and maximise your employability.
As a DAM graduate you will be able to work as a software developer, mobile and desktop application programmer, support technician, technology consultant, database manager or digital project manager. The demand for professionals in this field is very high, both in technology companies and in any organisation that requires innovative digital solutions.
