The Higher Degree in Administration of Networked Computer Systems (ASIR) trains you to design, configure and manage computer systems in companies, guaranteeing their security, availability and performance.
On the ASIR course, you will study subjects relating to operating system administration, local area networks, network and internet services, IT security, operating system deployment, databases and virtualisation. You will also develop practical skills for managing IT infrastructure and business environments.
No advanced prior knowledge is required, but it is advisable to have a basic understanding of computing, networks and operating systems. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will learn everything you need to know from scratch to become an expert in systems administration.
