Sports Summer Experience at UAX Mare Nostrum is a summer course designed for students who are passionate about sport, physical activity and wellbeing.
Over the course of two weeks, you’ll discover the fundamentals of training, physical conditioning, motor skills and sports recovery through practical and dynamic sessions led by university professionals.
An experience designed to help you learn, get active and gain an in-depth understanding of the field of Sports Science.
The UAX Mare Nostrum Summer Courses are aimed at pre-university students interested in discovering new areas of knowledge and living a first university experience during the summer.
They are especially designed for young people who want to explore possible academic and professional vocations in areas such as health, sport, technology or video games, through practical and dynamic learning.
No specific prior knowledge is required, as the courses are designed to introduce students to each discipline in an accessible, participatory and experiential way.
The UAX Mare Nostrum Summer Courses are designed for students to learn through experience, combining theoretical content with practical activities and participatory dynamics.
During the sessions, students will work in real university environments alongside specialised professors and professionals, developing projects, workshops and applied activities related to each subject area.
The methodology is based on an active and close approach, designed to arouse curiosity, encourage creativity and help students discover new academic and professional vocations.
Beyond learning, the UAX Mare Nostrum Summer Courses offer a first contact with university life, allowing students to get to know the campus, its facilities and the academic environment in an innovative and motivating environment.
