All fields are required

Gain training at the highest level in the field of clinical nutrition through an innovative approach that fits in with your professional commitments.

The aim of the Specialist Qualification is to provide you with specialised training as a healthcare professional in the field of Clinical Nutrition. Specifically, the course will cover the concepts of malnutrition and disease-related malnutrition in various clinical contexts. Throughout the course, you will be able to update your knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the early detection of disease-related malnutrition, as well as how to develop nutritional treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

The Specialist Certificate in the Management of Disease-Related Malnutrition is a qualification designed in collaboration with Abbott Laboratories and healthcare professionals from leading healthcare centres. High-quality training at your own pace, thanks to an innovative methodology.

The curriculum is structured into 11 modules, each comprising 4–6 sections. The first 5 modules are cross-disciplinary (3 ECTS) and are further subdivided into 3 basic modules and 2 advanced modules. The final six modules, meanwhile, are specialised or disease-specific (6 ECTS).

The Specialist programme is designed so that you can take each module independently.

To obtain the Specialist qualification, you can enrol in and take the modules of your choice one by one, until you have completed 30 ECTS.

You can combine the modules (optional modules worth 3 and 6 ECTS) that interest you, although you must complete an application form each time you finish a module and wish to enrol on a new one.
