This programme is designed to train teachers to understand learning from a neuropsychological perspective, encouraging them to analyse pupils’ cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes and to apply inclusive teaching strategies in the classroom.
This course is one of the four micro-credentials that make up the Neuroeducation pathway for teachers. If you complete them all, you will obtain a qualification that counts towards your professional grading scale and which , depending on the current regulations of each autonomous community, could be worth up to 1 point in competitive recruitment processes.
The micro-credential ‘Neuroeducation for Teachers: Early Detection and Neuropsychological Assessment’ is designed to train teachers to understand learning from a neuropsychological perspective applied to the educational context.
Through rigorous training with direct application in the classroom, teachers will acquire the knowledge to identify warning signs in learning, understand the main cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes of their pupils, and participate in an informed manner in psycho-educational assessment processes.

This micro-credential is aimed at practising education professionals and teachers who are new to the profession (Early Years, Primary, Secondary, Vocational Training and other educational sectors) who wish to deepen their understanding of learning from a neuroeducational and neuropsychological perspective, with the aim of applying this knowledge rigorously and practically in the classroom.
It is also aimed at teachers in the early stages of their careers and professionals working in educational and psycho-pedagogical guidance who seek to acquire a solid foundation for the early detection of learning difficulties and informed participation in educational assessment processes.
