Neuroeducation for Teachers – Psychopedagogical Intervention Based on Neuropsychology

This programme is designed to train teachers in psycho-educational intervention from a neuropsychological perspective, focusing on the analysis of pupils’ cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes and the design of inclusive educational strategies tailored to their needs.

This course is one of the four micro-credentials that make up the Neuroeducation pathway for teachers. If you complete them all, you will obtain a qualification that counts towards the grading scale and which , depending on the current regulations of each autonomous community, could be worth up to 1 point in competitive recruitment processes.

What will you learn?

The micro-credential ‘Neuroeducation for Teachers: Psychopedagogical Intervention Based on Neuropsychology’ is designed to develop key skills for analysing learning and designing tailored educational responses, from a neuropsychological perspective applied to real-world educational contexts.

Through rigorous and practical training, teachers will gain a solid understanding of the cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes involved in learning, as well as their impact on pupils’ academic progress and holistic development, with a particular focus on diversity.

Upon completion of the micro-credential, students will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of educational neuropsychology as applied to classroom intervention.
  • Analyse cognitive processes and functions relevant to psycho-pedagogical intervention.
  • Design and implement educational strategies and individualised intervention plans (IIPs) tailored to pupils’ profiles.
  • Implement measures to support diversity based on neuropsychological criteria and current regulations.
  • Collaborate in coordination processes with teaching teams, guidance services and families.

A training programme aimed at improving teaching practice and promoting evidence-based inclusive education, with immediate application in the classroom.
